Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping~

   All purchases will be processed and shipped within 10 business days of order via USPS First Class Mail from Kutztown, Pa.  The buyer will be sent a tracking number once the order ships.  Orders take approximately 3-5 business days from ship date until delivery.  If you need expedited shipping please email me at avepeace@ptd.net and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Please note that once a package tracks with USPS as 'delivered' we cannot be responsible for replacing if stolen or missing.  Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.

International Shipping~

   All purchases will be processed and shipped within 10 business days of order via USPS First Class International from Kutztown, Pa.  The buyer will be sent a tracking number once the order ships and after that we cannot be held liable for any lost packages.  Please note that the buyer is responsible for any import or custom fees that may apply.  Orders take approximately three weeks from ship date to delivery.  Some delays may occur due to customs, so please allow up to four weeks before contacting your local post office.

Return & Exchange Policy

    I gladly accept returns & exchanges.  I want my customers to be completely happy and satisfied when shopping with avepeace & co.  If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me right away so that I can have the opportunity to work with you to make things right.  You are welcome to return or exchange any unworn/unwashed item in its original condition and packaging within three weeks of receipt.  Did you choose the wrong size?  No problem~I will happily exchange your item for another size.  If your item was faulty or damaged on our behalf, it is eligible for a full refund or a return-exchange of a new item.  Please message me at avepeace@ptd.net and let me know how I can help.  International orders, sale items, custom and special orders are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Conditions~

*Contact me within 14 days of delivery.

*Ship item back within 21 days of delivery.

*At this time, return of an item for a full refund is only eligible on faulty or damaged items.  We will gladly process a 'reurn-exchange' for any item.

*Return-exchange items must be in unworn/unwashed condition and in all of their original packaging in order to be eligible for an exchange.
